Random Question - What should I wear first day of highschool?

I was just wondering..
Should I wear either something
A sweatshirt, shorts, a hat, some jewelry and sneakers
or
Dance Sweatpants and a tshirt, hat, some bracelets and some sneakers.
Id figure the first day EVERYONES gonna dress to impress so while their doing that ill wear something more comfortable and be like BAM NIGGA ! a few days later, plus its hard to compete.
But then again, First impression...

I dont start high school for 6 months Im excited and weird and just wondered this so..

Is this a good 80s costume?

I am going to an 80s party next week. I am planning on crimping my hair and wearing a headband with a bow (white with black polka dots). Then I have a bright turquoise shirt with about elbow length sleeves and a geometric print on the front (same colour, but transparent)... it sits a bit off the shoulder. Then I plan on wearing denim cutoff shorts(high waisted) with a chunky black belt, over black tights (it's winter, so I don't want to get cold when I'm outside). For shoes, light pink converse type sneakers. And I have big round metallic fuchsia earrings.
Does this sound alright?

Why are they forcing me to be girly?

Last summer, my dad said at the beach in front of everyone and publicly humiliated me by saying that all I wear is jeans and I don't wear dresses and skirts.

Ever since then, my mom has been pushing dresses, make-up, and scents on me. When we pass a dress for instance, she'll say "oh that would look so good on you". Yesterday, we went into a scents store and she kept spraying all the girly pink ones on me. Then, she gave me her make-up because she said I don't wear enough..

I used to dress in graphic t's, tight skinny jeans, and Converse sneakers.. But now they are forcing me to wear rosy flats, skirts, etc. I mean they are nice new clothes but jeez its like I feel hurt that they think I'm so masculine.. I love the clothes but I think it's wrong how they are trying to change who I am instead of telling me the truth. Don't you think? or am I being too sensitive?

These are the only ones I like, but the one part I really dislike is the velcro strap.
And by remove, I mean non-destructively remove it... like is it something that can come off the shoe without having to cut it? etc.

There was fresh paint dripping of the walls, the forks and knifes were neatly wrapped in tissue paper and placed on the table. The music playing in the background sounded good for ballroom dancing. The waiters bustled around in their stark white uniforms. I could tell that my belly button was peeking out of my black cropped top, which went perfectly with my dark denim high wasted shorts; under it I was wearing pantyhose. He was more than 30 minutes late for our first date. As I took out my phone to check the time a raspy voice from behind me asked “Are you Emily Stevens?”
I turned around I saw a man with piercing blue eye and flushed cheeks. He had a grin on his face. He had unlaced sneakers and a pungent smell. He carried a torn briefcase.
I replied “Yes.”
“I am Brian Montgomery,” he suggested.
As he sat down I noticed scrapes and scars all over his hand. He seemed very nervous and uneasy. His voice was unsteady and he kept fiddling with his hands. He would stutter at every sentence. He kept getting phone calls and text messages. He would always turn around and check behind him as if someone was after him. He seemed very suspicious. But I didn’t give it too much thought.
But soon I was lost in his eyes like pools and I didn’t even know what we were talking about. I hear him mention skydiving. He seemed like such a different guy. But my fantasy came to a sudden stop when a man in a police uniform shouted “Brian Montgomery, put your hands up you are under arrest! We caught you red handed”
“What?!?!” I panicked

That was my story. what can i do to improve it and make it shorter. and also is that how i should end it. Do you have another idea for the ending?

Flip flops. I'm sick of seeing guys in sneakers and socks all summer in summer. Seems so lame that the majority think it's so gay to groom their feet and let them breathe. Girls have it way more comfy:) why can't guys do it too? I think it's really hot with Bermuda shorts and a v neck :) why do so many girls hate it, a lot pf girls have bad feet too.

Girls: Embarrassed to wear flip flops ?

Ok I'm a 17 year old guy and with spring coming up I want to make sure this year I can wear flip flops instead of restricting sneakers all year. However I've never worn them and I've always worn socks all the time. Never ever barefoot unless showering.

Problem is I want to start and I'm shy. I have bought three pairs of sandals, one are the adidas slides, a pair of flip flops from Nike, and some brown leather ones. I also want to make sure my feet look really good and tan as well. I don't want one day in summer in sneakers at all honestly. Aren't most people like that?
